PLEASE NOTE: Only payments by credit card and existing credit on account will be accepted by this system. Service charges are applied to all internet transactions and are paid directly to the online service provider (see FAQ for details). You may continue to register in person at the City of Perris Community Services Department using check or cash. |

| To get started, one adult member of a family will need a customer login name and Password. If you do not have a customer account, click here to request. (Account approvals usually take 24 hours {excluding weekends and holidays} to process and will be sent to your email address.) |
